Technical Service (Before or After Sale)

According to the customer’s request, we will provide all the detail technical specification. We also may provide several technical specifications for the customer to choose, in order to get the best processing.

As the customer request, our engineer will come to factory, and do test and analysis to get a good solution for any problem. By our long-time experience, we will help any extrusion line to be a best processing line and find any potential problem as more as we can.

 

Train

We will arrange full train to the worker in the factory as the customer requests. Or we may provide some video and photos to help the worker to learn how to control the machine.

 

Spare parts

We have enough stock of all the core parts. So we will provide the spare parts in time as the customer request to escape any more lost because of the machine stop.
