Because of the modular design of screw and barrel, according to different materials and processing, we are able to adjust the model of screw, structure of barrel, L/D, the number and position of feeding and venting, screen exchanging, and the electric control. So this extruder is multi-functional for many different materials as well as for a special material. At the same time, this extruder is efficient and of low power consumption.

This extruder has excellent mixing performance and good self-cleaning performance. They are extensively used in polymer processing, foodstuff processing, chemical products, auto decoration and building decoration, especially for various high molecular materials.
