The material of our screw elements is W₆Mo₅Cr₄V₂, which is the best material in China. After our professional quench, the hardness will reach HRC58-62. This screw element will be used for most part of processing.

 

We also use 38CrMoAlA, SS (440B) or SKD11 to make the screw elements, which will be used for some special material, such as PVC.

According to different material, we will design special screw configuration including serrated element, transformer between 3 lobe and 2 lobe, transformer between 2 lobe and single lobe to get a best compounding in the extruder.
